This year’s calendar inclusion was pretty special, as Baldwin Wallace University in Berea had offered to have an actual exhibition of the work accepted in late 2018. The AGC calendar features the work of artists from Northeast Ohio for a full page image or a smaller one in the notes section. This year my work, Microburst, is shown on Week 46, in November.
Fiber + Form, at Harris Stanton Gallery, Cleveland
This show has new work of mine that was made in the last year. I approached it as an exhibition within this exhibition of 3 artists, holding onto the majority of new work to present at this time. A nice way to wind up 2018. Show runs October 18 - November 17.
Ohio Designer Craftsmen Best of 2018
I got two works accepted in this year's exhibition and looking forward to seeing it. The show opens May 6, through June 24th in Columbus at the Ohio Craft Museum, and will move to a second venue at the Wayne Center for the arts in Wooster from July 6-August 24th. My two new pieces, Radicle Scapes and White Terminalis can be seen amongst a group of really high quality work in multiple craft media.
